The Archive Source verification, shown — not asserted

Didn't make the cut.

Every dossier is scored by Argus for source confidence, and our publication floor is 85. These ones came in under it — so they're held out of the main Index. We don't delete our misses or quietly bury them. They live here, with their honest scores and the exact components that fell short, until a revision earns them back onto the Index.

Chiplets and the UCIe Standard: Navigating the Future of Semiconductor Design

Held on unresolved sourcing: several citation placeholders never resolved to primaries, and a bandwidth figure conflicted across sources (32 vs 28 Gb/s). That capped corroboration and traceability below the bar — the prose was strong, the proof wasn't.

The Grid Problem: How AI Data Centers Are Reshaping Power Infrastructure

Held on depth of sourcing: with the thinnest source set in the group and the oldest mix of references, corroboration and recency couldn't carry the claims to the floor. A backfill of current, primary grid-data sources is what it needs.

RISC-V in Safety-Critical Systems: Navigating Certification Challenges

Held on verifiability: several patent and standards citations couldn't be independently confirmed during review, and the draft shipped with unresolved footnote markers. The unconfirmed sources dragged corroboration and traceability under the floor.

Why keep our misses public?

Because a verification badge means nothing if you only ever see the wins. The floor is real — it has to be able to reject our own work, including dossiers we already wrote and liked. Holding them here, with the exact component that fell short, is the proof that the score isn't decoration. When the sourcing is rebuilt past 85, the dossier moves back to the Index.
